| This day was history in the making. It was the first Paying passenger train to visit the Monongahela Valley since the PRR days, and the first ever Amtrak equipment to come down the NS Mon Line. It was chartered as "Coal Goes to War", a special rare rails trip in an effort to save ALTO tower. |
